help us raise
by the end of 2017
RAISED SO FAR:
“I CLOWN YOU” documentary EXPLORES
THE LIBERATING AND HEALING POWERS
OF THE ART OF FOLLY THROUGH
THE STORIES OF CLOWNS
who work IN hospitals in ISRAEL.
We've been working on "I Clown You" for 5 years. (yeah, we know... it's typical for a doc)
We ran a Kickstarter campaign two years ago that helped us get through the filming (and we are beyond grateful to everyone who supported us then and since then - here are all of them).
We have been running the project by volunteering our own time and putting our money into it.
But to complete a feature film it's not enough.
The total budget for finishing the film is $250,000. It's a typical and realistic number for a documentary film.
We need to raise $50,000 by the end of 2017 so that we can move forward and get some editing done so that we can apply to more grants and maybe get a distribution deal.
we have amazing partners
We have amazing stories
and a hell of a team!
We want to finish the film by Fall 2018.
That's the plan.
The only obstacle that is holding us back is the funding.
YOU CAN CHANGE IT.
Let's make it happen!
help us fund the postproduction - editing, music, animation...
*We promise full transparency and will provide a report to any donor upon request and answer any questions about the spending.*
**Our fiscal sponsor, International Documentary Association accepts tax deductible donations on our behalf and also supervises the spending making sure that every dollar is spent according the approved budget.**
how did we make it so far?
In the fall of 2015 we funded the filming of "I Clown You" on Kickstarter. 314 backers supported the project and made the filming on location in Israel possible. Since then individuals like you have been chipping in and helping us move forward.
You can see the full list of our supporters is on the THANK YOU page. We truly cannot thank them enough for their generous support!
